DeVries Rd.,Lodi CA.
A recent review of the underground storage tank (UST) file for the above referenced facility indicated
that this office has not received your annual monitoring certification, line leak detector, and line
tightness results(if applicable). According to CCR 2637 (b) this testing must be performed at least
once every 12 months. In addition, this office must be notified of the test date and time within 48
hours of performing the test. Furthermore, results from the testing must be sent to this office within
30 days of the test completion. Please submit these results to this office by 6/24/02.
If these tests have not been performed within the past 12 months then arrange and schedule the
annual monitoring certification, line leak detector, and line tightness test(if applicable) with a
certified technician by 6/7/02.
At this time we would also like to remind you that secondary containment systems installed after
January 1, 2001 shall be tested upon installation, six months after installation, and every thirty-six
months thereafter. Secondary containment systems installed prior to January 1, 2001 shall be
tested by January 1, 2003 and every thirty-six months thereafter. The results of this testing must
also be sent to our office.
If you have any questions regarding this matter you may contact Ray von Flue at (209)468-9848.
Thank you,
Ray von Flue
Environmental Health Specialist
