INTRODUCTION <br /> D & S Dragline Service, Inc.has been contracted to remove one 10,000 gallon double <br /> compartment, underground fuel tank. This tank has been used to store air craft fuel and is on <br /> property located at 12145 N DeVries Road, Lodi, California. The is no evidence of fuel leaks so <br /> there is no contamination to the suffounditlg soil or Water. Soil samples will be taken by a third <br /> party to verify that no contamination exists. <br /> ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE <br /> Robert Sliger will act as Heath and Safety Coordinator(HSC) as well as Site Safety.0mcer <br /> (SSO)for this project and is responsible for generating, organizing and compiling the site safety <br /> and heath plan. <br /> The project field staff have competed 40 hours of comprehensive health and safety training which <br /> meets the requirements of Title 29 Code of-Federal Regulations Part 1910.120. The SSO has the <br /> authority to monitor and correct any safety problems as noticed on site. <br /> The SSO is responsible for ensuring that all data acquisition is performed in accordance with the <br /> Site Safety and Health Plan. <br /> The SSO has on-site responsibility for ensuring that all team members, including all <br /> subcontractors, comply with the Site Safety and Heakh Plan. It is the S&O's responsibilityto <br /> inform all field personnel of chemical and physical hazards as he becomes aware of1diem. <br />
