San Joaquin Street <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> An: - Ms. Pamela Violett <br /> Dear Ms. Violett, <br /> I am writing this letter in reference to our conversation concerning the underground tank <br /> removal at Don Avenue pump station. <br /> It has been requested by the City of Stockton that at the time of removal after collecting <br /> samples 2-4 feet below the bottom of the tanks that the remainder of the pit be excavated to <br /> the same Ievel of the sampling depth or a maximum of 5 feet. This soil will then be taken to <br /> Forward landfill for disposal or stockpiled and covered with plastic sheeting until confumation <br /> sampling has determined the presence of contamination. <br /> The soil will be transported by Manly & Son's Trucking of Sacramento to Forward Landfill <br /> for disposal. <br /> Once again, thank you for your assistance with this application.
