Charter way <br /> Stockton Ca <br /> Dear Mr. VON FLUE <br /> I am writing this letter to describe a scope of work to be conducted at the property stated <br /> above, the Healy system (Clean Air Separator)Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery <br /> (EVR)would be installed to fulfill requirement set forth by the AIR RESOURCES <br /> BOARD and to comply with the local and county requirements. The Healy system phase <br /> II installation would include NEW VERTICAL HEALY TANK(CLEAN AIR <br /> SEPARATOR), adjacent to the existing Vent Lines, tie system in with 1"steel, <br /> Install bollards as needed around the vertical tank, install foundation for the vertical tank, <br /> There would be no underground trenching and disturbance, no impact below ground, <br /> there would be no new dispensers, the existing conduit would be utilize for the electrical <br /> wiring. <br /> The IN STATION DIAGNOSTICS (ISD) would be installing during the upcoming <br /> phase, the ISD WOULD NOT BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS INSTALLATION. <br /> B.Z. MAINTENANCE WOULD PERFORM ISD UPON ISD INSTALLATION IN <br /> FUTURE. <br /> The testing of the Healy system diagnostics testing would be performed by the B.Z. <br /> MAINTENANCE. The B.Z. MAINTENANCE WOULD PERFORM AS A SUB <br /> CONTRACTOR and would perform any type of testing requested by the local and <br /> county officials. <br /> I can be reached at 916-275-1138 should you have questions. <br />
