Charter Way, Stockton CA <br /> The permit (SR0055435) for replacing the mechanical line leak detector on the(89)midgrade <br /> unleaded product for the underground storage tank system(UST) at the above referenced site has <br /> been approved with the following conditions. <br /> Conditions of approval: <br /> 1. Contact the local Fire Department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD) for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization. (UL, ULC, <br /> ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See California Code of Regulations(CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 <br /> Table B for complete list). The component must bear the appropriate mark as required by <br /> the independent testing organization. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians trust possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid,current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation company),and <br /> b. All valid,current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br /> Council(ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s) being tested,repaired, or serviced. <br /> and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br /> training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />
