Violating Health and Safety Code, sections 25280 et seq., as described in <br /> 4 paragraph 4 - 4b above; <br /> 5 d. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 8 ($14,000.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25299. Said payment <br /> 9 shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> 10 DEPARTMENT -ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST. Said payments shall be <br /> 11 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 12 Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 13 8. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 14 ($14,000.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17206. <br /> 15 Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br /> 16 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 17 Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 18 9. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of TWO THOUSAND TWO <br /> 19 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,200.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br /> 20 by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said payment <br /> 21 shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin <br /> 22 County Office of the District Attorney,Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 23 10. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of THREE THOUSAND TWO <br /> 24 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,200.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br /> 25 by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and payable <br /> 26 to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the <br /> 27 District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 28 11.
