Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLAR 2 ($14,000.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17206. 3 Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and 4 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, 5 at the time of signing. 6 8. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum TWO THOUSAND TWO 7 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,200.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred 8 by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said payment 9 shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin 10 County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. 11 9. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of THREE THOUSAND TWO 12 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,200.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred 13 by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and payable to 14 the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District 15 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. 16 10. Defendant is responsible for the uniform fee for filing the first paper in a civil action or 17 proceeding in the Superior Court. The amount of the filing fee is THREE HUNDRED NINETY- 18 FIVE DOLLARS ($395.00). Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY 19 SUPERIOR COURT and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, 20 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. 21 11. This Judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof.
