Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLAR <br /> 2 ($14,000.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17206. <br /> 3 Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br /> 4 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, <br /> 5 at the time of signing. <br /> 6 8. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum TWO THOUSAND TWO <br /> 7 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,200.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br /> 8 by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said payment <br /> 9 shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin <br /> 10 County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 11 9. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of THREE THOUSAND TWO <br /> 12 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,200.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br /> 13 by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and payable to <br /> 14 the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br /> 15 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 16 10. Defendant is responsible for the uniform fee for filing the first paper in a civil action or <br /> 17 proceeding in the Superior Court. The amount of the filing fee is THREE HUNDRED NINETY- <br /> 18 FIVE DOLLARS ($395.00). Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 19 SUPERIOR COURT and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 20 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 21 11. This Judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof.
