Underground utilities on site: USA underground will identify and mark <br /> underground utilities per law. The product pipes will be rinsed back into <br /> tank. <br /> 2. Erickson Inc. will triple rinse the tanks (415) 235-1393. <br /> 255 Parr Rd. Richmond, CA. 94801 <br /> 3. The tank will be triple-rinsed with pressure washer and Simple Green <br /> concentrated detergent. <br /> 4. Erickson Inc. will haul rinsate to Chevron bulk plant CAD1009466392. <br /> 5. To purge the tank, 20 lb. of dry ice per 1,000 gallon of the tank will <br /> be used. Cot will be used after dry ice. <br /> 6. Soil samples will be taken from top dirt in back-hoe bucket. Location of <br /> samples taken will be determined in the field by SJLHD lab technician. <br /> 8" brass tubes will be used to take samples. In the case of water being <br /> in the hole, bottles will be used to transport the water samples to lab. <br /> 7. The soil sampler will be Blaine Tech-(408) 723-3974 San Jose. <br /> B.
