In the event that chemicals or hazardous materials are encountered other than already known to <br />PHS/EHD, site safety officer will notify PHS/EHD immediately and in no case later than 24. <br />hours after such materials are encountered. <br />I. The following safety equipment and clothing shall be worn at job site as per code /l29CFR-1910- <br />120. (Class D) <br />1. Safety goggles 3. Steel -toe shoes <br />2. Hard hats 4.
