Procedures for Tempory Closure for USTs <br /> I certify that I have read, understand and agree to comply with Section 2671 - <br /> Temporary Closure Requirements in California Code of Regulations, Title 23, <br /> Division 3, Chapter 16. <br /> 1 understand that in addition to Section 2671, the work plan shall include (1) <br /> having the UST rinsate manifested as hazardous waste, and (2) UST inerting shall <br /> be confirmed with a recently calibrated LEL meter. <br /> As no inspection will be performed at this time, I agree to notify the Santa Rosa <br /> Fire Department in writing immediately following completion of the temporary <br /> closure process. <br /> I understand that the Temporary Closure Permit is valid for three months from the <br /> date of issue. <br /> r <br /> Signature Date <br /> Note: Work shall be performed by a licensed contractor with 29 CFR 1910.120 <br /> current certification and there shall be 2 4A40BC fire extinguishers on site. <br />
