Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />21 <br />RE: STATISTICAL INVENTORY RECONCILIATION (SIR_ ) <br />ONE MONTH ANALYSIS FAILURE NOTIFICATION <br />Pursuant to CCR, Title 23 Section 2646.1(d) ,you are being notified that the <br />attached listed gasoline U§T systems) located within your jurisdiction failed <br />SIR analysis for one month (May 1998). <br />Attached please find a copy of the SIR Summary for each site. Normal daily <br />monitorin_� procedures wtR be reviewed for accuracy .the dispensers and <br />meter wi calibrated, and the site will be inspected for any visible signs of <br />leakage. <br />If any tank at the above facilities should fail inspection or fail a second <br />consecutive month of SIR analysis a tank and line test will be scheduled <br />immediately and an unauthonzea release form submitted to the County <br />indicating a suspected release. <br />All SIR analysis reports are maintained in our Corporate files because it would <br />be to istically difficult to distribute to each site and would also hinder <br />completeness of such records.
