PROJECT PERSONNEL <br />EBI will oversee conditions and act accordingly during all phases of the project. The <br />following management structure will be instituted to successfully and safely complete <br />this project. In addition, the following personnel including the Site Safety Manager have <br />the authority to stop any construction activity or to modify work practices based on <br />safety requirements. This authority is in effect during working and non -working hours. <br />8.1 Project Manager - Wayne Evans <br />The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing the project and obtaining any <br />necessary personnel or resources for the completion of this project. <br />8.2 Health & Safety Manager —Bob Sparks <br />The Health & Safety Manager shall be responsible for the coordination and oversight of <br />the following aspects of the Site Safety Plan: vapor, combustion gas, particulate, dermal <br />exposure, and ventilation, and for the implementation of this Site Safety Plan on-site. <br />8.3 Project Engineer. Supervisor & Foreman <br />In the event that the Project Manager and the Site Safety Manager are not on site, the <br />Project Engineer or On -Site Supervisor will assume the responsibilities of the Site <br />Safety Manager. If neither the Engineer or On -Site Supervisor are available, the <br />Foreman will assume all responsibilities of the Site Safety Manager. <br />Project Engineer: Wil Evans <br />On -Site Supervisor: Bob Sparks <br />General Foreman: Vem Shelton <br />9. EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br />1n the event of an accident or emergency, immediate action must be taken by the fust <br />person to recognize the event. First aid equipment is located on site inside all EBI <br />vehicles. Notify (1) the Site Safety Manager and (2) the Project Manager and the <br />Foreman about the situation immediately after emergency procedures are implemented. <br />Jobsite telephones are located in the contractor's trailer, superintendent and foreman <br />pick-ups.
