Soil sample locations and scope of chemical analyses were based
on the standard of practice for UST removal actions in San Joaquin County at the time of the
work.
No investigation is thorough enough to exclude the presence of hazardous materials at a given
site. If hazardous conditions have not been identified during the assessment, such a finding
should not therefore be construed as a guarantee of the absence of such materials on the site, but
rather as the result of the services performed within the scope, limitations and cost of the work
performed. This report completes the scope of Twining's services for this site.
This work was performed to the standard of practice for environmental consultants in Central
California at the time the work was performed, no other warranty, expressed or implied is made.
