Advanced
GeoEnvironmental, Inc. -.0
-
_-
01 November 2001
AGE-NC Project No. 97-0381 n If`1
San Joaquin County PHS-EHD 11 NOV 0 2 2001
304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor ENVIRUi'a;V 01T HEALTH
Stockton, CA 95202 PEMMTiSEPVICES
Subject: Product Pipe Removal
Former Skeeters Auto
430 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Doug Wilson:
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.has prepared the following summary of the product line closure
for the above referenced site. The product lines was removed on 09 October 2001, under the
supervision of Ms.Letitia Briggs. Two lines were present, extending west five feet under the western
edge of the site and then north eight feet under the western edge of the site, parallel under El Dorado
Street sidewalk. An excavation was established at the western edge of the site to expose the lines.
The lines were full of dirt and debris. The lines were removed by hand and cut into four foot
sections.
A backhoe was used to dig two to two and a-half feet below surface. Soil samples were collected at
each end of excavation. The soil samples were analyzed for the minimum verification and for STLC
lead, only after a discussion with your office. Noteworthy was the brick, glass and pottery backfill
presented surrounding and under the product lines, encountered during removal. Other wise the soil
results did not indicate a petroleum hydrocarbon release.
If you have any question or require further information regarding these results, please contact our
office at(209)467-1006.
Sincerely,
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
William Little
Project Geologist
837 Shaw Road,Stockton,California 95215
Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118
