Tank Closure <br />February, 1996 <br />Page 2 <br />The following analysis were performed on the soil sample: <br />o TPH-Gasoline with BTX & E <br />o TPH-diesel <br />o Purgable halocarbons <br />o PCB <br />o LUFT metals <br />The former location of the tank on the site is shown on the attached plot plan. The excavation <br />was backfilled using class II road base. Final compaction will be performed at the conclusion <br />of the soil and groundwater remediation on the site. No concrete or other debris were placed <br />in the excavation. Copies of the Weigh Tickets for the road base are attached. <br />RESULTS OF ANALYSIS <br />The laboratory analysis results are included in the Appendix. The sample had no detectable <br />levels of TPH, gasoline or diesel, benzene, toluene, xylene or ethyl benzene, PCB's or LUFT <br />metals. <br />TANK CLOSURE <br />Based on the sample results and the observations during the tank removal San Joaquin County <br />Public Health Environmental Health Division, the lead agency for this site, has been requested <br />to provilef9rm sure of this tank site. <br />I 0 77 <br />H.B.
