03-01-2000 04: 29PM FROM SEMCO I u voow» • �+� <br />NW 'WMOI <br />We are not proposing any other changes in the tank removal activities as outlined in the <br />"Application for Permit to Close U.S.T.'s Storing Hazardous Materials (Rev. 10/19/98)" <br />We will, however, need instruction on soil and water analysis requirements for alcohol. <br />Pending your review of our request to allow the owner to utilize the tank we will submit <br />the removal application, site safety plan and required fees. All activities will be <br />coordinated through your office with a minimum of 48 hours notice. <br />Thank you for your consideration of our request to allow our client to seek a beneficial <br />use of this tank. We feel the tank, if handled properly can retain its integrity and be of <br />value without compromising the California U.S.T. Regulations as defined in G.C.R. Title <br />23.
