ELM ST.,FRENCH CAMP <br /> A. An unauthorized release of any hazardous substance (unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel) from the <br /> primary containment into the secondary containment(interstitial space, fill sump, piping sump, <br /> and piping vault)will be removed within 8 hours after the release has been detected, or contact <br /> our petroleum maintenance service contractor to remove the product from the secondary <br /> containment, and request additional time (as needed). Removal methods are by hand/electrical <br /> pump for small quantities and by vacuum truck for large quantities. <br /> Small quantities of any hazardous substance will be placed into steel drums. Large quantities <br /> will be placed into a vacuum truck tank. <br /> In the event of a release outside the secondary containment, the fire department will be <br /> contacted immediately calling 9-1-1. In the event of a non-emergency release the San Joaquin <br /> Co. Public Health Svcs. will be notified at 209-468-3420. <br /> An SBC authorized vendor will perforin removal and disposal of any hazardous substance. <br /> Spill Kits containing Absorbent pads are located on site in the POWER/ENGINE AREAS for <br /> immediate Reponses to any release. <br /> B.
