Hwy 88, Lockeford CA <br /> Your permit application to install three new spill containment and drop tubes with mechanical <br /> overfill and four under containment sensors at the above referenced location has been approved <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact EHD to schedule the following appointments: <br /> a. EHD must verify the overfill prevention system is in compliance with CCR 2635 <br /> (b)(2). <br /> b. Prior to backfilling the spill buckets so that cathodic protection of the riser can be <br /> verified. <br /> c. The spill buckets must be tested to ensure they hold a minimum of 5-gallons. <br /> d. The sump sensor must be tested for functionality. <br /> 2. A tank integrity test must be performed once concrete is poured,prior to the contractor <br /> signing off of the jobsite. This office must receive results within 7 days of completing the <br /> work. <br /> 3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council UST <br /> Installer/Retrofitter certification must be onsite when work is performed. <br /> 4. Submit the contractor training record for the OPW spill buckets prior to beginning work. <br /> 5. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable pen-nits. <br /> 6. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br /> 7.
