Ifto <br /> GeofogicafTechnics Inc. <br /> 2601 JUver Road <br /> Modesto,Ca&fornia 95351 <br /> (209)538-64241%ZX#538-5852 <br /> TANK REMOVAL REPORT <br /> Moresco Property <br /> 16865 Gawne Road <br /> Modesto, CA 95205 <br /> 6w <br /> Project No. 251.0 <br /> December 9, 1994 <br /> — <br /> 1.0 Purpose and Scope of Work <br /> On behalf of Mr. Mike McGranahan, Geological Technics Inc. has performed <br /> environmental services as outlined below for the property located at 16865 <br /> Gawne Road, Stockton Ca 95205. <br /> The purpose of this work was to remove an underground storage tank (UST) <br /> discovered during bankruptcy proceedings in preparation for the eventual sale of <br /> the property. <br /> The scope of work was as follows: <br /> • Obtain a tank closure permit for removal of one UST. <br /> • Excavate and remove the UST under the direct supervision of Mrs. L.T. <br /> ` Briggs, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist from the Public <br /> Health Services of San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Division. <br /> ` <br /> • Collect and analyze two soil samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons - <br /> gasoline (TPH-G by EPA method 5030/8015m), benzene, toluene, <br /> ` ethylbenzene, and total xylene (BTEX by EPA method 8020) and from <br /> underneath the UST (sample #SS-10') and from the soil stockpiled on <br /> removal (sample #Stockpile). <br /> • Dispose of the UST, tank rinsate, and soil in compliance with state and county <br /> regulations. <br />
