Mar , lb - 2LU5 2 :30PM ight Environmental E32-5152 4 No -7837 F . 2 <br /> vaiero Service Station - Proposal Rev. 1 (cant.) <br /> Page 2 <br /> • Any delay associated with encountering subsurface contamination in soil during the <br /> course of the UST repair work; (Additional labor, materials and equipment for standby <br /> will be charged for as per our Standard Rate Schedule) <br /> • Pea gravel that results in undermining of adjacent concrete or subsidence of any kind in <br /> tank excavation sidewalls; <br /> • Containers, labeling, transportation and/or disposal of any solid or liquid waste that is, or <br /> appears to be, contaminated by any regulated materials or waste; <br /> • Additional time associated with removal and replacement of spill buckets with separate <br /> drain lines; <br /> Stipulations: <br /> • The local Department of Environmental Health, Fire Department and Air Pollution <br /> Control District all may inspect the work that Wright completes; however, the owner <br /> should note that testing and inspection work is poorly defined within the regulations, and <br /> testing is left to interpretation of oversight agencies. All estimated costs are subject to <br /> change based upon any particular inspector on any particular site. Wright cannot control <br /> all variables or guarantee that there will not be unforeseen additional regulatory <br /> expenses, administrative expenses, and/or expenses for remobilization or labor <br /> downtime. The price quoted in this proposal is limited to only those items named in this <br /> proposal; <br /> • Any delays caused by the client, client's employees, client's vendors, client's customers, <br /> or regulatory agencies, will be charged at time and material rates as per the attached <br /> rate schedule; Downtime for these reasons, or waiting for an inspector, is chargeable <br /> time; <br /> • Client is responsible for identifying any buried utilities of any kind (conduits, conductors, <br /> plumbing, etc.) in the work area and indemnifies Wright from any responsibilities for <br /> damages for such utilities not located; <br /> • The basis of this proposal is that there are six buckets total —3 fill and— 3 vapor, all <br /> set separately in cement. <br /> • Client will allow Wright Environmental Services access to the worksite as well as <br /> electricity, water and sanitary facilities during the duration of this project; <br /> • No fuel deliveries allowed during EVR upgrade work (approximately 2-3 days); <br /> • Client must complete the requirements and conditions listed in the "Authority to <br /> Construct" (ATC)within the time periods therein specified. Satisfactory completion is <br /> necessary for the client to obtain a "Permit to Operate"and then he is in compliance. <br /> Client must contact an appropriate third party testing contractor and ensure completion <br /> of the listed tests within 45 days of Wright's completing the work described here. Wright <br /> will notify in writing the APCD upon completion. During the 45-day period and 3`d party <br /> testing any repairs required to pass would be provided by Wright on a time and materials <br /> basis.
