Shih, senior E.H.D Specialist. <br /> Re: Inspection report, of 9-16-03. <br /> Reply to Notice: <br /> # 5 Concern: Fuel filters considered hazardous waste, currently cleaning it with F.M 186 <br /> solution and disposing of filters as solid waste. <br /> Solution: In response,to the concern we have company to handle our <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> # 11 Concern: The EPA# can not be located at the time of inspection. <br /> .Response: I have provided an EPA# as per request. <br /> # 18 Concern: Hazardous waste area failed to maintain adequate space for visual <br /> inspection. <br /> Solution: After inspection of 9-16-03 I cleaned the area and will maintain clean at all <br /> times for inspection. <br /> brâ–ºne- <br /> # 20 Storage Concern: A couple of five gallon buckets that contain water"fuel <br /> water"not labeled. <br /> Solution: I responded by labeling all of the hazardous waste buckets and barrels. <br /> #20 Concern: This facility does not have a positive shut down of time of inspection <br /> provide document to office in regards to change. <br /> Solution: I have sent a copy of test performed by ALLTECH on 9-16-03 where it states <br /> that we do have positive shut off. <br /> #21 Concern: Some positive shut -down can not be confirmed at time of inspection of <br /> annual line tightness test. <br /> Solution: A copy of the report, BY ALLTECH; specifies that tests where conducted ifr <br /> positive shut off was working. <br /> #8 Concern: Leak detector tank#3 failed. <br />
