Grant Line Rd <br /> Tracy, CA <br /> Your application for a permit to repair the piping associated with the under dispenser containment 11/12 at the <br /> above referenced address has been received and approved with the following conditions: <br /> Conditions of approval: <br /> 1. Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work.All new addenduuts <br /> supercede the previous ones. <br /> 3. All piping and fittings must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as required by <br /> the organization.(UL,ULC,ANSI,API,ASTM,etc. See Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list) <br /> 4. At least one person who holds the International Code Council(ICC)UST Service Technician certification <br /> and manufacturers' certificate of training for all components installed or tested must be onsite when work is <br /> performed. <br /> 5. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the manufacturer <br /> of that component. <br /> 6. Contact EHD for the following inspections(Allow a 48 hour notice for all inspections): <br /> a. 24 hour or equivalent lake test on UDC 11/12. <br /> 7. It is this office's understanding that repairs will be attempted within the UDC and without cutting and <br /> removing concrete. If it is determined that concrete will be removed to perform repairs,or if piping repair <br /> extends outside the UDC,immediately contact this office and submit a revised scope of work in writing. <br /> Contact EHD for the following inspections(Allow a 48 hour notice for all inspections): <br /> a. Secondary piping soap test <br /> b. 24 hour or equivalent lake test on UDC 11/12. <br /> 8. Once concrete is poured all lines shall have an integrity test performed in accordance to manufacturer. <br /> Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of returning the site to operating condition. <br /> 9. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tanks they must be have an integrity test performed once <br /> concrete is poured in accordance to manufacture guidelines.Results must be received by EHD within 7 <br /> days of returning the site to operating condition. <br /> 10.
