UST owners <br /> are included in this new requirement. A copy of the GVVRBC. flyer entitled ''ACT NOVV'', <br /> explaining the responsibilities of UST owners and the deadlines by which you must cornp|y, is <br /> enclosed with this letter. <br /> This second notification is being sent through certified mail so you understand the importance <br /> of the January 1. 2005. deadline to (described below) <br /> � and identify the ICC certified Designated UST Operator(s)' IqL_?Il_pf yoLLrundercro 12d to e <br /> tank (UST) facilities located within San Joaquin County. <br /> The owner's compliance statement mentioned above in required pursuant to California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23. section 2715 (a) which reads: <br /> By January 1` 2005, owners of underground storage tank systems shall <br /> submit a signed statement to the local agency indicating that the nvvnmr <br /> understands and is in compliance with all applicable underground storage <br /> tank requirements, and identifying the designated UST operator(s) for each <br /> facility owned.
