Item #5 Tank vault backfill- <br /> The tank vault was backfilled on March 16 , 1989 using <br /> crushed rock. <br /> Item #6 Monitoring well number "A" <br /> Monitoring well number "A" was installed within the <br /> original tank backfill at a total depth of less than <br /> 12 ' feet below grade surface. As was well number <br /> well "A" was installed within 2 ' to 3 ' feet of the <br /> tanks. Because of there location, wells "A" and "B" <br /> were both removed during the tank excavation. <br /> Item #7 Sampling procedures <br /> Please refer to the enclosed letter by Harding Lawson <br /> Associates dated May 23, 1991. <br /> Southland intends to once again initiate groundwater monitor- <br /> ing at this property.
