09 <br />RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />For the Lands of Matt <br />THIS RIGHT OF ENTRY is entered into as of October 9, 2009, by and <br />between Opal Matt, Owner and the City of Escalon (City) with respect to the following: <br />A. Owner and City have entered into this certain Agreement dated for <br />the purposes of a topographic survey, site investigation, and real estate appraisal for the <br />approximately 11,200 square feet of land within the City of Escalon, San Joaquin County, <br />California located at 1303 First Street (APN 227-090-01), see attached exhibit. <br />B.
