Fremont Avenue <br /> Stockton, California <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Prepared for <br /> OIL EQUIPMENT SERVICE <br /> by <br /> CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br /> November 9 , 1990 <br /> 1 .0 INTRODUCTION <br /> On October 24, 1990, Oil Equipment Service, under the <br /> direct supervision of Keith Tallia, removed four underground <br /> storage tanks from three locations owned by Port Stockton Food <br /> Distributors, Inc. (Figures 1 and 2 ) . This report discusses <br /> the removal of one 1 , 000-gallon tank (TK1 ) taken from 2001 E. <br /> Fremont Avenue, Stockton, California (Site 1 ) . Reports for <br /> the other sites are presented under separate cover. <br /> 2 .0 INVESTIGATION <br /> James Wack of Condor Earth Technologies, Inc.
