The mixture is partitioned with hexane and the resulting <br /> extracts are examined by gas chromatography using a flame ionization <br /> detector. <br /> Several unidentified peaks were detected in the chromatogram <br /> for sample 34488 (CARN 1019) . These peaks did not correspond to <br /> those of a typical fuel hydrocarbons. A copy of the sample chromatogram <br /> is attached for you information. <br /> Patricia L.
