In order to guarantee that no rinsate will be spilled or accidentally released onto the <br />surrounding site soils our firm plans to construct a small wash lined wash basing, The <br />rough dimensions will be a square are of approximately 10 feet by 1.0 feet, with 6 inch <br />burros surrounding the entirety of the basin. The basin will be lined with a disposable <br />impermeable plastic lining. After the basin is used for drumming and washing of the <br />subject tanks, all remaining rinsate will be collected and place in a drum, and post wash <br />material in the basin will be wrapped neatly in the disposable liner. This will then be <br />carefully placed in a drum and disposed of by Ashbury Environmental Services, <br />3. Attached is the property information release form signed and filled out completely by the <br />subject property owner, for the subject site in question, located at 6426 E. Haight Street <br />in Lodi, California. <br />4. All drums that remain onsite after tank decontamination will be appropriately marked for <br />sate storage until the time of removal by Ashbury Environmental Services. Regardless <br />of the drums contents, the storage drums will be labeled as hazardous, until verification <br />that their subject contents are either hazardous or non-hazardous.
