Ham Lane
Lodi, CA
San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD)has recently reviewed
the analytical results of the soil and/or water results taken from beneath the underground storage tank(s) that
was/were removed from this site in November 1985.
Current standards, laboratory detection limits and/or your site specific characteristics (i.e. depth to seasonal
high groundwater, nearby wells, septic systems) make it impossible for PHS/EHD to evaluate your site for
closure.
An"Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" has not been filed
for this site nor is it considered contaminated. However, if you find site closure certification is necessary,
PHS/EHD would not be able to provide it without further site investigation.
Should you wish to further investigate your facility, PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California
Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of leaking USTs. Contact
the PHS/EHD Site Mitigation Unit for further information regarding this matter at (209) 468-3450.
Jogi Khanna, M.D., M.P.H.
Health Officer
Donna Heran, REHS, Program Manager
Environmental Health Division
DH/MM:Ib
A Division of San Joaquin County HdN C: c,eMces
