Work Plan, 1-12 <br /> Secondary Containment Testing Of Underground Storage Tank Systems <br /> Contractor: FASTECH, Inc. <br /> Updated: 7/12/02 <br /> Qualifications: <br /> • FASTECH currently holds business license number CA 794519 — A, HAZ C21 (available upon <br /> request) <br /> • Information regarding Worker's Compensation and Employers' Liability(available upon request). <br /> • FASTECH is licensed to perform work in the referenced city/county(available upon request). <br /> • FASTECH provides HAZWOPR training for employees. FASTECH develops a site-specific Health <br /> and Safety Plan w/ Confined Space Permit for each testing location (available on-site, on day of <br /> testing). <br /> • FASTECH is certified by component manufactures. Certification's were updated at a training <br /> seminar held at FASTECH on June 10, 2004(available upon request). <br /> Test Equipment: <br /> • FASTECH utilizes third party certified hardware and software for all hydrostatic tests (attached). <br /> • Pressure Gauges are dual redundant (two gauges per line test), 0-15 psi pressure range, 15- <br /> inch diameter, glycerin-filled, with manually set test pressure verification needle. <br /> • Vacuum. Gauges are dual redundant (two vacuum gauges per annular test), 0-30 in-hg <br /> vacuum range, 3-inch diameter. <br /> Test Procedures: <br /> • Local CUPA will be notified of testing schedule a minimum of 48-hours before the test is <br /> scheduled to begin. <br /> • Sump Cleaning and Preparation. <br /> FASTECH will steam clean all turbine sumps and dispenser pans. FASTECH will utilize <br /> FM 186 as an injected additive during steam cleaning. The water and waste generated <br /> during the cleaning process will be left on-site in a labeled drum for proper classification <br /> and disposal.
