Good Afternoon Lisa, <br /> Thank you for uploading your inspection report into CIMS. <br /> According to this report, there were three violations -two of them resolved on site during the <br /> inspection. The other violation in regards to line 107 on the report will be resolved by Briana <br /> Armstrong from Barghausen Engineers. <br /> She will let us know when that items is resolved so you can write your response letter to the <br /> inspector. <br /> Example letters can be found on the Environ Services/HazMat tab of the Costco intranet.
