SITE WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> 1. GENERAL <br /> This Health and Safety Plan has been designed to conform to and/or <br /> exceed guidance standards promulgated by EPA and the California <br /> Department of Health Services, Federal OSHA regulations <br /> (29CFR1910 . 120) and CAL/OSHA regulations.
