See the HSC for the complete statute. <br /> OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br /> The tank vault provides secondary containment, and the operator documents weekly inspections of <br /> the tanks. <br /> The exterior surfaces of the tank systems can be observed by direct viewing with the exception of <br /> the ATF tank.
