(Exxon), we have attached the appropriate <br /> permits to remove the underground product-delivery lines at the above-referenced site. The <br /> tanks were removed approximately five years ago and the lines apparently were never <br /> removed. During a phone conversation with the local fire district on July 3, 1990, they <br /> indicated that no permit would be required for removal of the product-delivery lines at this <br /> site.
