Removal of Product-Delivery lines November 5, 1990 <br /> Former Exxon Station No. 7-1050, Stockton, California AGS 30045-1 <br /> since not been used for retail sales. The product-delivery lines and dispenser islands were <br /> left in place. The locations of the former tanks, product-delivery lines, and other pertinent <br /> site features are shown on the Generalized Site Plan (Plate P-2). <br /> We understand from personnel of Eason that they have been conducting a subsurface <br /> environmental investigation at the site since its closure that has included the drilling of soil <br /> borings and installation of monitoring wells. <br /> FIELD INVESTIGATION <br /> Site Safe <br /> ` Field work performed by Applied GeoSystems on behalf of Exxon at the project site was <br /> done in accordance with Applied GeoSystems' Site Safety Plan No. 30045-15 (August 20, <br /> 1990). This plan describes the basic safety requirements for the subsurface environmental <br /> investigation related to monitoring the removal of underground product-delivery lines. The <br /> site safety plan is applicable to personnel of Applied GeoSystems and to subcontractors of <br /> Applied GeoSystems. Personnel scheduled to work at the site were briefed on the contents <br /> 3 <br /> App/14901 GeoSystems <br />
