(4) railure to report an unauthorized release, as required by Sections 25294 and 25295. (5) Failure to properly close an underground tank system, as required by Section 25298. (6) Violation of any applicable reoniretnent of this chapter or any requircment of this chapter or anv regulation adopted by the board pursua.t to Section 25299.3_ - (7) Failure to Yerr:+�t inspection or to perfbrm any monitoring, testing, or reporting regtd d px--su=t to Sectioa 25288 or 25289. (8) Nlaldng any false statemeut, representation, or certification in any application, record, or other document submitted or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter.
