The project will consist of the removal of the existing piping <br />and dispensers to the tank area, reinstallation of new double-wall piping under the dispenser containment, <br />reinstallation of product dispensers, and the installation of three tanks. <br />As noted above, the application is for an existing site. The three 12,000 gallon underground storage tanks and <br />piping will be permanently closed and a new 20,000 -gallon tank and 12,000/ 10,000 -gallon split tank will be <br />installed with new piping system to the dispensers. <br />Enclosed are the completed applications for approval, plan sets, and equipment specifications. Also enclosed <br />is a check for $2,597 for the accelerated review fees, permanent closure of the piping and tanks, and <br />installation of the new tanks and piping. <br />We have requested an accelerated plan review for this project.
