The old application noted that the existing dispensers were <br />going to remain and were to be reused. In the addendum we are requesting that new multi -product dispensers <br />and islands be installed at this site at the location shown on TK1-1, which we previously transmitted to your <br />office. In addition, TK3-3 is revised, showing the changes in the under dispenser containment and piping to <br />the multi -product dispensers. <br />The following equipment will be changed: <br />Item No 26: Multi -product dispensers with balance vapor recovery are noted to be Schlumberger Model <br />No. 33122, a single hose per side, non -blending multi -product dispenser. <br />Item No. 28: This item is revised to a standard non-venturi coaxial fuel hose 6 feet long with a 4 -foot -long <br />whip and hose clamp. The hoses are "Goodyear" Model No. GY-MX72 (6 -foot hose), <br />"Goodyear" Model No. GY-MX48 (4 -foot whip), and coaxial hose clamp Model No. GY- <br />CHC. <br />Item No. 33: This item is added, it is a fuel hose breakaway valve "Husky" Model No. HS 3360VR. <br />Item No. 34: Under dispenser spill containment sump is revised to a "Total Containment" Model <br />No. DFS4221 with stabilizer bar assemblies sized for the Schlumberger Model No. 33112 <br />dispenser. <br />Item No. 36: Under dispenser product piping penetration fitting is revised to an "Environ" Model <br />No. FEB -6300. <br />18215 72ND AVENUE SOUTH KENT, WA 98032 (425) 251-6222 (425) 251-8782 FAX <br />
