Box 2009 0 (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) 0 Stockton, California 95201 <br /> (209) 468-3400 <br /> WILLIAM ASCHENBRENER <br /> 2489 N BEECHER [ 2 1 s99: <br /> STOCKTON CA 95215 <br /> RE: ASCHENBRENER MASONRY <br /> 2489 N BEECHER <br /> STOCKTON CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD)has recently reviewed <br /> the analytical results of the soil and/or water results taken from beneath the underground storage tank(s) that <br /> was/were removed from this site in April. 1987. <br /> Current standards, laboratory detection limits, and/or your site specific characteristics (i.e. depth to seasonal <br /> high groundwater, nearby wells, septic systems) make it impossible for PHS/EHD to evaluate your site for <br /> closure. <br /> An "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" has not been filed <br /> for this site nor is it considered contaminated. However, if you find site closure certification is necessary, <br /> PHS/EHD would not be able to provide it without further site investigation. <br /> Should you wish to further investigate your facility, PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California <br /> Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST's.
