However, if you find site closure certification is necessary, <br /> PHS/EHD would not be able to provide it without further site investigation. <br /> Should you wish to further investigate your facility, PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California <br /> Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST's.
