The Veeder Root Hydrostatic Sensor designated in the latest <br /> information packet is the model #794380-301, the plans indicate the <br /> the model #794380-302 dual float . Will there be any accompanying <br /> changes in the installation plans inorder to accommodate this <br /> change . <br /> 2 . Send information on the Veeder Root TLM Probe #847390-109 . <br /> 3 . Send information on the dispenser sump/pan. <br /> 4 . The "Beaudreau" equipment will not be installed. What <br /> equipment will be proposed in lieu of the "Beaudreau" equipment? <br /> What changes in the submitted plans must be made inorder to <br /> accommodate the proposed changes? <br /> 5 . The indicated OPW Overfill Prevention Fill Tube is model <br /> #6150-410C, I have not received literature on this piece of <br /> equipment . <br /> 6 . We require a Monitoring and Response Plan for the facility to <br /> the final inspection. I recommend submission as soon as possible . <br /> 7 .
