CURTIS
1400 OLD CONEJO ROAD
NEWBURY PARK CA 91320
Dear Tim;
I was reviewing the closure permit for the removal of the "old"
underground storage tanks for the Shell Station located at 3011
Benjamin Holt Drive in the City of Stockton and realized that I
was missing the following information:
1. the Hazardous Waste Manifests for the piping, rinsate,.
residual fuel, and any soil disposal.
2. the analytical results for the stockpile. Have the
laboratory send me a copy of the results.
I think you may have shown me the manifests at the final
inspection. But they were not in the folder that Stockton Fire
mistakenly picked up.
Please submit the above items as soon as possible. If you have
any questions please contact me at (209) 468-0335.
Respectfully;
La,
rry Yo REHS
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
