HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> Brandon Construction's Health and Safety Program is designed to meet the requirements <br /> of 29 CRF 1910.120. <br /> The objective of this Health and Safety Plan is to establish health and safety guidelines for <br /> the removal of one 1000 gallon underground fuel storage tank (UST) located at the Pacific <br /> Bell facility in Stockton, California. The project will consist of removal of one 1000 gallon <br /> UST, excavation, removal and disposal of one 1000 gallon UST, install one 3000 gallon <br /> UST, collecting soil samples for laboratory analyses, collecting and analyzing <br /> groundwater samples, if necessary, backfilling and resurfacing of the excavation, and <br /> general site cleanup following the completion of site operations.
