Box 2009 <br /> 1601 East Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> FIRE PERMIT AND SUMMARY OF SOIL SAMPLES <br /> KJAX RADIO TRANSMITTER SITE <br /> HARDING WAY, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Ms. Ratliff- <br /> Woodward-Clyde Federal Services (WCFS) has been retained by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency (FEMA)on behalf of the Federal Communications Commission(FCC) <br /> to oversee the removal of the FEMA owned underground storage tank (UST) located at the <br /> KJAX transmitter in Stockton, California. <br /> On November 12, 1993, one 1,000 gallon underground storage tank (UST) was removed <br /> from the KJAX transmitter site. The purpose of this letter is to provide San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services (SJCPHS) documentation of the UST removal as required in the <br /> Underground Storage Tank Closure Permit (Permit). <br /> The following documents have already been submitted to SJCPHS in previous transmittals: <br /> • A copy of the Hazardous Waste Manifest for the tank contents, <br /> • analytical results and chain of custody, mailed directly from Sequoia <br /> Analytical, <br /> • a copy of the Fire Permit, <br /> • and a summary of the soil samples collected during UST removal. <br /> Enclosed are copies of the following documents: <br /> • Underground Storage Tank Disposition Tracking Record, <br /> • Hazardous Waste Manifest for the rinsate, <br /> • Backfill Excavation Certificate with load ticket, <br /> c WAX\.4rCPH33.LTR 12/05/94 <br /> 10370 Old Placerville Rd.,Suite 104•Sacramento,CA 95827-2505 <br /> 916-368-0988•Fax 916-368-0967 <br />
