Weber Avenue
Stockton, Ca. 95202
Attention: Accounting Office
Re: 0011729
I am writing this letter as agent for Mrs. Zoya Bryner of Menlo
Park, California.
Mrs. Bryner and her late husband purchased this property many years
ago unaware of an underground tank, as it must have been installed
by a prior owner for a tenant - not the current tenant. There was
no evidence showing an underground tank and it took Jim Thorpe
Company 1/2 day to locate said tank.
All parties were not deliberately trying to avoid the fees but were
never notified. Due to this fact, Mrs. Bryner wishes to have the
past fees and late charges waived.
Sincey/
LJ
John Bevanda
i
• Residential • Income • Commercial • Farm Properties •
2120 Pacific Avenue • Stockton, CA 95204 • Telephone (209) 464-4300 • Fax (209) 464-4304
