The UST was <br /> presumed to have been properly abandoned at that time. <br /> As the property owner I did not operate and did not know the UST remaining on the property <br /> required removal and I do not believe the payment of back permit is justified and I would like these <br /> fees waved. <br /> The UST had been properly abandoned, and the coarse of action currently under way is only to <br /> removal any liability from my property.
