A single-story mini-mart and gas station is located on the property. <br /> Ground water was not encountered during removal of the USTs. <br /> UST REMOVAL <br /> One waste oil UST (600-gallon) was removed on 21 August 2001 (Figure 2). Prior to removal of <br /> the UST,the tank was triple rinsed by AGE, using a pressure washer and an alconox solution. <br /> The liquid contents of the UST were removed by American Valley Waste Oil of Turlock, <br /> California.
