A. INTRODUCTION <br />This Site Specific Health and Safety Plan is written for the UST Removal project located at 4515 <br />Homer Street in Stockton, California. All job site personnel will follow CAL OSHA safe <br />operating practices as outlined in 29 CFR 1910 and 1926, as well as established guidelines set forth <br />by All Environmental, Inc. or their respective companies. <br />B. (AEI) will remove (1) 500 -gallon gasoline underground <br />storage tank located at the above address. The tank will be emptied, removed, and disposed of <br />according to federal, state and local regulations. 1 soil sample(s) will be taken from the native <br />material beneath each tank. One composite sample will be made from 4 discrete soil samples <br />from the excavated material. <br />C. The <br />area within this boundary is considered an exclusion zone and only qualified personnel will be <br />allowed to enter. All personnel arriving or departing the site should log in before entering the <br />exclusion zone. All activities on site must be cleared through the Site Manager. <br />
