R. Simplot fertilizer and <br /> agricultural chemicals manufacturing facility in Lathrop, <br /> California. <br /> Inventory variations exceeded the allowable limits for this <br /> quarter. The average daily variation for the diesel <br /> tank was -1. 1 gallons, or 1.4% of the allowable variation.
