The following were participants in the discussions: <br />Jim Leonard General Services Diane Hinson, PHS/EHD <br />Dan DeAngelis Stockton Airport Michael Infuma, PHS/EHD <br />Frank Dishman Motor Pool Mary Meays, PHS/EHD <br />Craig Ogata General Services Letitia Briggs, PHS/EHD <br />Joe Ramage IT Corp <br />David Fisch Fisch Environmental <br />The following is a summary of the sites discussed and the regulatory directives related to each site. <br />Enclosed is a meeting participation record for your referral. <br />Current Tank Compliance <br />Letitia Briggs indicated that tanks located on the following San Joaquin properties are out of <br />compliance: <br />Pac West, 5000 South Airport Way, Stockton: 1845-14/1005-01 (12,000 gal UL gas) <br />Courthouse, 222 East Weber, Stockton: 1285-01 (10,000 gal UL gas) <br />Canlis Building, 24 North Hunter, Stockton: 2372-01 (10,000 gal diesel) <br />Downtown Motor Pool, 130 North Hunter, Stockton: 1150-01 (8,000 gal gas) <br />1150-02 (5,000 gal gas) <br />Please be informed that all tank violations must be corrected by August 2, 1995. Dan DeAngelis <br />stated that he would contact Pac West to clarify San Joaquin County's responsibility regarding the <br />continued operation of the tank.
