Because of previous <br /> investitr findings have documented contamination at 18-20 feet bgs, sample <br /> analyses may be held at the laboratory pending disposition. <br /> The tank void will be backfilled and compacted with clean native soil,no pea 4 <br /> gravel.,tontractor shall remove, transport and dispose of the two tanks. <br /> Contractor shall also transport and dispose of any contaminated soil. Contractor <br /> shall repair damage to sidewalk and building. Sidewalk specifications attached. <br /> Contractor shrill prepare and submit a Tank Closure Report to PHS/EM and copy <br /> County. <br /> Two(2) soil satrapies shall be collected from exh tank end at the bottom of the <br /> tank's contact with native soil. Samples from the pipeline line trench will not be <br /> collected at the time of their removal- <br /> Soil Analysis: <br /> BTX&E EPA Method 8020(5030) <br /> Detection limit •005 ppm (mg/kg) <br /> Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons, Gasoline CC-FID EPA Method 8015 <br /> (5030) <br /> Detection limit 10.0 ppm(mg/kg) <br /> SITE 2: Canlis Administration Building <br /> 24 S. Hunter Street,Stockton <br /> History: Site contains one single wall 10.000 gallon fiberglass former diesel tank and <br /> related piping to provide fuel to an emergency generator for the building. Special <br /> precautionary measures may be necessary due to the position of the tank relative <br /> to the building,approximately five feet, and the City of Stockton's sidewalk. less <br /> than five feet In 1990,the County,applied for a UST removal permit, but, <br /> discovered that structural damage to the building may occur if removed.
